Fed: Howard heads to Aceh tomorrow = 2

He'll see Australian aviation personnel at the airport, medical staff working at the
ANZAC field hospital, engineers working to clear wreckage and reconnect water supply,
and AusAID staff.

The prime minister says he'll also meet senior Indonesian civilian and military officials
involved in managing the relief effort on the ground.

Mr HOWARD says he also hopes to gain insights into how Australia can work with Indonesian
authorities as they move forward with the $1 billion Australia-Indonesia Partnership for
Reconstruction and Development package.

The PM is in Singapore today for a bilateral visit.
